Step 1: Contact Me & Provide Order Details

Please reach out to me via email, phone (text only) , or social media to place your order. In your message, kindly provide the following information:

• Your Name for the order
• Desired Flavor(s) and Quantity (e.g., Lemon Drop - 24, Carrot Cake - 12)
• Full Delivery Address
• Preferred Delivery Date and Time
• Chosen Method of Payment
• Any additional notes or special requests (e.g., allergy concerns, specific decorations)

Step 2: Order Confirmation & Deposit

I will provide a confirmation message and final invoice within 24 hours of your inquiry. A 50% deposit is required at the time of order confirmation to secure your booking.

Policies & FAQs:

• Allergen Notice: Our cupcakes are baked in a kitchen that processes common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a complete absence of allergens. Please inform me of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.
• Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time. For cancellations made with sufficient notice, the deposit may be applied as a credit towards a future order.
• Order Changes: Changes to your order (flavors, quantity) can be accommodated up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery/pickup time, subject to availability.

Important Order & Delivery Information:

• All cupcakes are made to order with a minimum order of half a dozen (6) cupcakes.
• Please place all orders at least 48 hours in advance.
• Everything is made in-house unless otherwise stated.
• Free delivery to Pflugerville, Round Rock, and select North Austin areas.
• For other locations within the broader Austin metro area, a delivery fee (starting at $10) will apply, calculated based on distance. If you are outside this area, please contact me to inquire about delivery availability before placing your order.
