Joshua Garcia, a home cook, fitness enthusiast, and dog parent, has meticulously tested each cupcake flavor until it meets his and Jessabelle's standards. Jessabelle, his 1-year-old female Border Collie rescued from Kermit, TX, gives him honest and encouraging feedback, along with motivation to succeed in his recently founded business. He donates 10% of all profits to Pflugerville Animal Welfare Services, so more pets like Jessabelle can find a loving home.
